The Royal Hormone Kingdom is my signature way of explaining hormones through a simple, empowering metaphor, where estrogen is the Queen, progesterone the King, testosterone the Prince, and thyroid and oxytocin the Princesses. What began as a way to help my patients better understand their bodies quickly evolved into a powerful educational framework that brings clarity, confidence, and connection to hormone health. 

Each time I share this metaphor, patients not only understand their hormones more clearly,  but they often smile as everything finally clicks.
